The price depends on quantity, colour, print technique and the number of print colours. That is why you get a tailored quote, including print and shipping.

Within 24 hours on working days after your request. You receive it by email and can find it in My account.

Yes. Every product page has a Buy a sample button. You then order one blank piece, without a logo, at the price shown there. Shipping and handling of €10.95 per shipment is added. All amounts are excluding VAT. A sample with your own logo is available on request: mention it in your quote request.

Preferably as a vector file: AI, EPS, PDF or SVG. If you only have a PNG or JPG, send that along. We will see whether we can convert it.

You receive a digital print proof per product showing position, size and colour. You approve it in My account. Production starts after that.

On many products, yes. You supply a list of names and we process them per piece.

Each product lists the standard technique and the maximum print area. If you are unsure, we will advise you in the quote.

Everything is made to order, so the delivery time varies per product and print. The expected delivery time is stated in your quote. If you have a deadline, include it in your request.

Yes. Mention it in your request and we will include it in the quote.

Everything is invoiced. Payment in advance is standard. Payment on terms is possible by arrangement.
