Description

Dit koksmes is ideaal voor het snijden van vlees en grotere groenten of het hakken van kruiden. Het stevige handvat van pakkahout is ergonomisch ontworpen, waardoor het mes gemakkelijk en comfortabel in gebruik is. Dit betekent dat u lang met het mes kunt werken zonder uw hand te vermoeien. Het lemmet heeft een ongelooflijk harde kern van VG10 staal dat gegoten is in 67 lagen staal. Het resultaat is een duurzaam lemmet met een ongelooflijke scherpte en een buitengewoon snijvermogen.
